Lamb lollichops: Marinated grilled rack of lamb with blood orange balsamic mint sauce and a carrot & jicama slaw. Accompanied by meat and cheese board, and Butternut Raviolo: butternut squash ravioli in a garlic brown butter sauce topped with Asiago and balsamic reduction… and a red wine flight.
