Passive Aggressive Food Porn {PAFP} started as a running joke on one of our trips that slowly evolved into a crazy idea about food blogging.

As with most photographers, I (Chelsea) hate to be that person, but if a plated dinner is pretty and the food looks delicious, I want to remember it, and, let's be honest... brag about it.

Alex on the other hand is the humor of the situation and the originator of the idea. We don't quite remember on which trip the joke began, but we've pegged it to a work trip with a lay-over in Belgium.
Alex posted a picture of his empty plate to Facebook, along with a very well-written description of the now-demolished meal.

People. Found. It. Hilarious.

The empty plate joke continued through-out the trip, and spiraled into the glory of this passive aggressive blog: why just show you what we ate when you could make it into your own adventure? The two of us enjoy looking for eclectic, non-chain places off the beaten path, especially with craft cocktails and bright new menus.
We eat the food, brag about the food, and direct you to these restaurants for you to have your own magical experiences.
